The Farm

The first olive mill, “trappito” was a stone press worked by a donkey which walked around the press.  We then moved on to a mill with an internal combustion engine and with the arrival of electricity graudally changed to more modern machinery until we acquired our current mill.  This mill is integrated with a stone press and a mechanism which removes the leaves and washes the olives.  It is the latest technology in cold pressing machinery.
